Chaleit marks milestone with London Stock Exchange listing

Chaleit, the specialist cyber security advisory firm, has today marked an important milestone in its development as the Company begins trading on AIM, a segment of the London Stock Exchange.

Admission to AIM will support Chaleit’s next phase of growth, providing access to the capital markets and support investment in the people, expertise and capabilities that underpin the Company’s work with its clients as the Group continues to develop.

The Board intends to grow the Group’s existing services business through deepening relationships with existing clients, expanding the range of complementary services provided to them, increasing recurring advisory, assurance and analysis, and winning new clients through a more systematic sales and marketing approach.

The Board believes that Admission to AIM represents an important step in Chaleit’s development and will support the Group’s ambition to accelerate the growth of the business, develop cyber security and AI capabilities and capitalise on opportunities across the cyber security sector, particularly in the UK, US, Australia and Singapore.

To prepare for the next stage as a listed Company, Chaleit has strengthened its senior team with the addition of a Chief Revenue Officer who joined the business in August 2026 on a part-time basis and will move to full time in January 2027. There have also been operational changes including two senior technical leads being promoted to Vice President and Senior Vice President with effect from 1 October 2026. These additions and promotions are designed to strengthen the leadership and technical expertise, supporting Chaleit as the Company enters the next phase of growth.

Admission to AIM will require an enhanced corporate governance responsibility. The Company’s directors acknowledge the importance of these high standards and intend to comply with the QCA code. The QCA code sets out principles of good corporate governance practice for small and mid-size quoted companies.

Professor Dan Haagman, Chief Executive Officer of Chaleit, commented:

Joining AIM marks an important milestone for Chaleit and is the culmination of something we have been working towards for the last five years, and I am delighted to see this ambition become a reality. AIM is a market specifically designed to help small and growth companies flourish, providing access to capital and institutional investors to help businesses realise ambition and continue to grow. This ethos aligns closely with our own values as we continue to grow and disrupt the cyber advisory sector.
Admission to AIM also brings transparency, integrity and durability to Chaleit as we continue to develop the Company. We believe the market will provide us with a strong platform from which to pursue our growth strategy, strengthen our position within the sector and create further opportunities for Chaleit. I am excited about what lies ahead and look forward to building on the foundations we have established as we enter this next chapter for Chaleit.
