Chaleit, the specialist cyber security advisory firm, ended a successful first day of trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange by hosting a closing ceremony to celebrate the momentous occasion. Members of Chaleit’s Board and management team were joined by family, friends and the Company’s advisers to mark the occasion.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Marcus Stuttard, Chief Executive of AIM and Mr. Tim Davies, Regional Head of Primary Markets at the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Davies congratulated Chaleit on its successful Admission and wished the Company every success in its next stage of development. Chaleit CEO Dan Haagman and Chairman Ken Ford also addressed guests, paying tribute to the Company’s employees and clients, who have been instrumental in Chaleit’s development since the Company’s foundation in 2021.

During the event, Dan Haagman and Ken Ford also spoke to BRR Media, about what the listing means for Chaleit.
Professor Dan Haagman, Chief Executive Officer of Chaleit, commented:
I began my career at the London Stock Exchange, helping to build the cyber security infrastructure, so it was a great honour to attend the market close ceremony to celebrate Chaleit coming to market. It was a particular privilege to share the occasion with my family and friends, including my wife Sarah, as well as our Board and advisers, whose support throughout the admission process has been invaluable.
Looking back on the five years since Chaleit was founded, the market close ceremony was a truly humbling moment. While it marks the conclusion of our IPO process, it also represents the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Chaleit as an AIM quoted company. We remain focused on expanding our operations while continuing to deliver the high standards of service our clients have come to expect. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to Chaleit's journey so far, particularly our employees and clients, and look forward to building on what we have achieved together.
